Use it!
Our military guys are served foods held longer than a year old.
Enjoy!
It is good as fertilizer and ant repellant when sprinkled outdoors (I understand cats don't like it either). If you have a fireplace, sprinkling some on a fire will make a delicious aroma.
I think it is pretty acidic for house plants. And the grounds hold moisture so it could harbor mold.
Sprinkle on outside plants, body scrub, or donate to homeless shelter.
Bring it into the office, if they are like mine, they will drink anything!
I use used grounds to amend my soil outside. After it rains a few times, wouldn't that be the same thing as being brewed? Or take it to work. It can be mixed with fresh probably. (I don't drink coffee either but my son does. I'm sure he'd frown on this.)
