How do you kill tree roots/stump
Crepe Myrtle tree was cut down years ago but small trees keep coming up from roots left behind. Any thing I can put on or in it to kill the tree stump.

Depends on the kind of tree it is. Example, Live Oaks roots rise up right out of the ground over time. NOTHING will stop them. So they must never be allowed to grow within 10-15 feet of a house or they will undermine the foundation. You should call an arborist for advice on something this important.
Maple trees are very destructive to foundations. Acacia, redwoods will clog up your sewer lines. Look up specie of trees to see if its a problem.
