ok well perennial planting is supposed to be done with early spring.spring.early summer,summer,early fall,and fall. What is your preference?
I have hostas that get only morning sun, and some that also get about three to four hours of very late afternoon sun. The latter are not quite as full as the others, but are still doing very well and have no complaints. None get the full afternoon hot sun.
