Use a colorful outdoor carpet and place your table and chairs on that. Make some colorful container plantings based on your lighting and location.Add a focal point such as a garden state or gazing ball.Hang bird houses, feeders and wind chimes. Put some color lights around for night time effect.
Also consider having different "zones". My patio is only 11 x 12, so smaller than yours, and I have a conversation area and a dining area. Your patio is terrific! I'd put two large rugs out if you do the two areas. There are so many great ideas out there and nice patio furniture isn't as expensive as it used to be.
You have a great start. Have you seen the large mandala stencils? These make amazing area stencil rugs and would add lots of shape and color. Lighting is always an added plus and it looks like your fence would be a convenient place to add some streamline solar lights. Not bulky or decorative, something that adds light. If you keep the furniture you have, invest in outdoor throw cushion. Hope you share the results. It is a very nice space.
I would plant flowers and add colorful pillows and a rug as mentioned above....Look for used patio furniture at yard / rummage sales that matches your style even if they need a make over if you don't want to spend a lot of money on furniture. A couple of years ago I scored a wonderful patio table for $25 bucks from a neighbors yard sale We use it all the time.
