Can bathroom 4x4 tile be painted? How can I fix yellowed grout?

Has anyone tried to paint these 4x4" tile with appliance paint? If not can I paint over the grout and it cover the yellowed grout?

Yes you can paint tiles but use epoxy paint. It comes in 2 parts and you mix together. Fl bush is like ceramic and you can clean it! Check at a paint store and ask for epoxy paint for use with tiles! Good luck. We painted horrible copper metal tiles with beige and they look awesome!
