Shave a bar of Irish Spring Soap around the flowers, the deer apparently don't like the smell.

Replace them with flowers/plants that the deer won't eat. We've tried every "remedy" and spray and nothing stops a hungry deer. The sprays will work, until it rains or until you forget to respray it and the deer find it first.
Put human pee around whatever you grow and the deer will stay out of anything you plant
