What is your location? Did you have a cold front?
All day sun... we had some cold but no freezing.. temp..lettuce is also very bitter.. large, green and healthy looking... just cut off lots of it and brought it in... the spinach behind it is doing very well
Sow lettuce seeds in a succession of 1-2 weeks apart, to always have some that is not bolting. Rip out the bolted ones and plant new.
