No that will be to much fertilizer for new seedlings. Using coffee grounds in the garden for acidic plants is best.
I wouldn't use it for seedlings. It's best mixed into soil as an amendment and will make your soil more acidic, which some plants require.
Too much acid, seeds may not germinate - just use to amend existing plants that like it.
NO the acid is to much for seedlings, you can start them in wet paper towels
