Please help : How do we get rid of outdoor flies in the summer?

We live in farm country . Every yr around harvest season the flies become unbearable and almost impossible to sit outside on a beautiful day without being attacked by these pest . Any tips on how we an get rid of or at least lower the numbers of them plz!!

You can use fly traps from rescue that get hung up.Spray your yard down with cutters insect control,apply a granular insect control,and when outside plug a fan in.
Flys don't do well with fans...
Try an old Texas remedy. Put a penny or two in a clear baggie filled with water ( I have also seen people use Plastic Bottles) and Suspend in areas where flies are bother some. I have never tried it but some friends swear bit works!
We tried that last yr all they food was fly around them. like I said I'm lost on how to get rod of them. I even went on the Internet an looked up home remedies Ann nothing worked .
no not at all they have to be hung from trees
