Can I plant a poinsettia outside? Still blooming from Christmas...

I live in central Alabama. I received a poinsettia at Christmas, and it is still bloomimg! I was told I could plant it outside. If so what conditions, sun? shade?

They do better in part sun/shade in slightly acidic soil. If you see bugs on the plant, spray a slightly soapy solution on it.
That will depend on your planting zone.
Mine were in full sunlight. They bloon in January and stay green all year long. as long as they get access to water
