Can you get an old window frame? You can attach that to the wall and build some floating shelves in between - will look very farmhouse-y :)
Not sure if the size would be right, but possibly some chicken wire on a frame to stick the K-cups into? Or maybe a cute old wire egg basket? You could get an old crock to store utensils in to help tie in the farm look.
How about a small wooden crate like used to deliver milk and eggs? You could stencil the outside to say "eggs" etc. I put my kcups in a brown Easter type basket and have divided it in half so I can put sugar packets on one side ( with a few spoons) and the Kcups on the other side
If you can find an old wood spice rack or spice cabinet, you can remove any drawers or of spice bottles. Use chalk paint in any color you like, sanding any space you want to add farm type decals. You should have lots of space to store K-cups on their sides to show the blend. Attach the rack or cabinet to the wall or the lip of the kitchen cabinet with screws, or put strong magnet strips or adhesive strips on the back of the spice rack so you can attach it to the side of the refrigerator. These ideas would save you some counter space. Best wishes!
