Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
You can Pour boiling water over the dandelions. Or.Spray the dandelions with vinegar. ...Good luck!
Please don't do anything about the dandelions. They are one of the bee's important sources for food ad nectar. If you love flowers, trees and honey you'll leave the dandelions alone. They won't be around for very long in your yard. But if we get rid of the bee's supply the things you love won't be either.
Trade the dandelions for some flowers.
My grandfather used to pay us a nickle a plant to dig them up. Kept a bunch of us quite busy. 😄
Dandelions are the first food for bees in the spring so please save a few for the sake of the bees. Also, Dandelion greens and Hot bacon dressing make a great salad. Get them before they flower in early spring. Ever try making Dandelion wine?
