Design Tip: Give Your Lawn a Shape
Had a look at the link above it is really excellent and just what I would have suggested, I also took crocus bulbs and stood at one edge of my lawn and threw them out in a sweeping motion I then planted them where they lay, the lawn looked beautiful and natural the following year when the bulbs grew.
