Try hanging an aluminum pie pan or two where they will ref sunlight and swing in the breeze. Believe it or not, birds hate those things. Also garden centers sell plastic owls just for your problem . Hope that helps.

birds are scared to death of snakes. the dollar store sells rubber snakes....place them in a visible area and no more birds...snakes eat bird eggs and small birds and birds know this so they stay away....place wherever you see the bids normally landing...but they have to be visible....true story: the island of Guam had a major rat problem from rats coming off ships and breeding....they brought in several thousand brown tree snakes...the rats dwindled to almost none...hungry snakes turned to the birds and now it is rare to see birds on Guam.....but now millions of snakes
