How long has it been planted?Where is it planted in Full sun?What have you done to the rose?
I have lots of roses in my yard and my main thing is to make sure they are fed and watered. Roses need to be deep water at least once a week! Make sure around the roots that it does not have any type of debris such as leaves or mulch as the rose actually needs to breathe and have oxygen flowing in that area !
i dont have debris on or around it. it grows but no flowers
