Yes you will cut off the rest of the flowers for the season.It will be in your best interest to prune in the fall when they have finished flowering for the season.
I always dead head the spent blooms to keep the rosehips from forming until the end of the season. More blooms, roses stop blooming once the seeds are set in the rose hips. Then prune in the fall.

No, trim them as the rose flowers die. You can trim them to grow the way you want.
There is a difference between "trimming" and "pruning" - trimming is deadheading the spent blooms, the better you are at deadheading, the more blooms you will have - so trim or deadhead your roses but do not "prune" until the season is over or what is deemed best for your area.
