A macrame hanger with some bright flowers would be pretty as would a vine trained up the column. And definitely some potted plants up by the door. I agree a colorful doormat would help too.
I would put a flower bed in along the side of the walkway and install some solar lighting. I would plant either a morning glory or a clematis and let it climb your entryway pillar. There are hanging wall planters that you can buy at most garden centers if you want to have flowers on your house wall.
It looks like you have a planter by the door, fill with colorful flowers. Some colorful annuals and coleus in the flower bed amid your bushes. Perhaps a hook on the front column for a hanging basket and a window box for more colorful flowers,
