Maybe it is not warm enough or moist enough for them to fully mature. Or perhaps some extra fertilizer needed?
How long have they been green? They need to ripen just like any other fruit. If you know what type of blueberry you have, I would Google "days to maturity" once fruit has been set. Hope this helps.
How old are the blueberry plants?
I don't think they are ripe yet.
