All summer if you deadhead. Many geraniums won't bloom if you don't keep up with taking off the old flowers.
Spring through December for me. They do go a little dormant in January and February. I have had bloom all year, but that is due to my climate, and mine are in ground. In other areas they need to be wintered over indoors or are treated as an annual. In AZ you should get a good 8 to 10 months of blooms either in ground or in pots. They will be slower to bloom in pots though.
They will bloom from spring through fall if you water and fertilize regularly. I use Miracle Grow every two weeks and have constant blooms. The other secret is to pinch off the old blooms as soon as the flowers die.
Usually till the first frost hits.
