Condensation?
The faucet base may not be tight on the sink or has developed a hole/leak in the seal. The cheapest fix it to try plumbers putty around the base and see if that fixes the problem. Or, check the hose connects to make sure they are not loose.
After it is fixed, an idea is to put peel and stick floor tiles on the bottom of the cabinet. That way if there are future leaks they are easier to wipe up and will prevent damage to you cabinet.

Do you have a sprayer with a hose that you can pull out ? Is there a seal around the base? This was happening to us too and it took me weeks to figure out that's where the water was coming from . A little silicone fixed it right up.
The drain seal may have a hole.
