Yes! Just make sure you use the proper lightbulb for your lamps. I couldn't live without all my outlets!
Just make sure the bed will not be against the mattress or bedframe. I had an outlet that when my mattress moved towards the wall it would bump into the plugs. I got one of those outlet things that is on a hinge and the plugs would be sideways instead of sticking out and that solved my problem, and gave me two additional spaces for phone chargers.

I don't think I would especially leave it on at nite while you sleep......things could happen.....better safe than sorry :)
