I think it's a weed.
Looks like it MIGHT be poke salad/poke sallet.
Possibly dahlia.
Just tell everyone it's a mystery plant until it blooms - if they ask why it's called that just tell them It's a mystery why I didn't put a plant identity sign in!
Here in Colo. we call them bluebells, they get blue or purple like hanging flowes. Pretty.
I agree with Kim that it does look like poke salad, but the stem of it isn't big enough for that. It looks like Dinner Plate Dahlias....very pretty and HUGE!
