Without seeing the actual entrance to your door, it's hard to give any advice. Do you have to walk down so many steps to get to your door? If so, maybe at the top you could put some big flower pots to block some of the leaves.
Unable to see actual entrance, so having to guess at a solution. If you have porch 'posts', you could possibly use lattice panels with or without screen mesh (screen would keep out more debris) stapled to one side of panels and attach panels to sides of 'porch' with front panel hinged to post to act as a screen door. Basically creating a screened box surrounding your door. Hope that makes sense.
If you are renting, maybe you need to ask your landlord before you do anything...then they may just help you with this problem too!
How about getting a small electrical blower (quieter) and just give it a blow each morning.
Buy some of the As Seen on TV, Door Screens they attach with velcro and hooks I believe. You could use PVC pipes to make a form, if that makes sense. For example you would lay four pieces down on the ground forming the shape of a square or rectangle with PVC you have pre measured to fit your area and connect them with corner fittings. This would be the "Floor" then from each elbow fitting, place the pre measured and cut PVC vertical, then repeat the same steps on top as you had on the floor, connecting them all to have a "cube". The As Seen On TV screen doors have dropped in price since they are several years old. You can find them for under $10 for 2 sets at your local $ stores. You could paint the PVC pipes to blend in with your bushes or branches.
That's a great idea I did see them at a local store for just 5.99. i was concerned they would just blow around I had never thought of the pvc! I think you have given me a great solution Thank You!
