Toilet sounds in our new house
The toilet in our new house is continuously making random (2-3 second) sounds of the tank filling with water, even when it is not in use. Anyone have any idea why or how to remedy this annoying situation?

There are three tank covers are in a row. And, the system has to be checked every six months, which means easy access is a must.
