How do I remove decals from vinyl siding?
I would like to know how to repair vinyl siding and how to remove decals that have been stuck on it, thank you.
Have you tried spraying bleach on the siding , then pressure washing it off
If they are left long enough to stain, you may not be able to remove them. Those stains can be permanent, sorry. One of the best gardening extension sites is Cornell University. This link pretty much explains it:

I agree. Bleach is probably your most effective deterrent.
