Hi. My husband and I built a shed but there are no instructions on how to hang the doors. The kit came with piano hinges. Do they go on the inside or outside of the doors?

I'm thinking that they should probably go on the outside so that the doors swing out and not in.
Putting the hinge on the outside allows miscreants the ability to break in very easy by unscrewing the hinge. Just a thought.
They go on the outside. The door will open toward you.
Googled and found this . . .

They go on the inside. One side of the hinge attaches to the door frame and the other to the side of the door. When the doors are closed all you see is the barrel of the hinge. Mounting on the outside just won't look right and anyone can just unscrew the hinges to gain access to the shed.
Thanks Naomi!
