HAD A LEAK SHUT IT DOWN, FIXED IT, NOW POOR PRESSURE.
It sounds like you had good pressure at one time. That leads me to believe that the screens inside the facet may be clogged.
Could be the pipes are corroded. I would call in the pros and get a plumber to check it out.
I agree with Lynanne! To clean your screens, wrap a cloth around your faucet head (assuming it's attached to the pipe, a pull out faucet is different) and using channel lock pliers, remove the head.
Inside the head is a stack of things. Pay attention to how it comes out so you can put it back the same. Take the pieces apart and tap out the sand and mineral build up. If it's stubborn, soak it in a small bowl of vinegar for 15 minutes.

Do you have an aerator on the end of your faucet? If so, unscrew that and flush it. You may have knocked some rust or scale loose which is clogging your faucet.
