Lowes has metal shelves of all sizes and very easy to put up and take down
We bought a set of rolling shelves for ours and took out the hanging "coat" rack so it could go higher (easy to put back in if we sell our home) In our case it was deeper than it was wide so we put the shelving unit in sideways. I don't know if you've checked what is available online but I will tell that it took me a very long time to find what I wanted. If you have building skills, you could make one that will fit the way you want and just put wheels on the bottom. If you make your own, I would try to make the shelves adjustable. If you can't make them adjustable, be sure you measure the items you want to store there so that they will all fit. I had a friend make me a pantry out of an old closet many years ago. I knew nothing about trying to make things fit and didn't know exactly what I would store there. I could use a couple of the shelves much closer together and at least 1 that had more room between itself and the next one. Plan well.
Big box stores have plastic shelves that start at $15 as well as wire shelves of every imaginal size and shape. You can even make "college shelves" using boards of a significant length x width with bricks or pavers as spacers. Don't forget baskets, etc, for smaller can or box storage. My shelves of choice are Origami in two sizes.
You can buy plastic shelving units with pullout drawers at WalMart and like stores.
IKEA! IKEA has all sorts of solutions for things like this!
:)
I like our industrial plastic shelving unit from Costco. It is very solid, heavy-duty and doesn't twist or fall over. It was really cheap around $ 27 for 4 shelves. You just insert the plastic tube legs in the 4 holes of the shelf below.
Hope it helps.
