what type of roses...tree roses, bush roses, long stem type, old fashion or tea roses? jacksonandperkins.com web site-
note that some of the products shown on the j&p web site i get at wally world.
jackson and perkins have been around for ever check out their web site it has good info on it. it looks like a rust has hit your plants.https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/roses/rose-rust-disease.htm
The biggest thing with roses is having the hole deep and wide enough. You need to double the size of the pot. While Jackson & Perkins has great info their roses are not what they use to be. I grow hybrid tea roses. J&P no longer have a good supply. They were bought out by Park Seed a few years back in SC. Been to the nursery and was Very disappointed.
I use a systemic
I use a gallon spray bottle fillec with half of a half gallon of fatfree milk,a few drops of blue dawn and a few drops of cheap canola oil.. I skip a water session and substitute spraying with solution... it works like a charm for black mold, rust, pests.
I spray all my garden people it perks them up and keeps infections to minimum or zero. You can see it working instantly!
Make sure to clip all infected leaves & bag.
