My hostas are Beautiful! But black spots are coming up on the leaves. I need a home remedy 🙏🏾
If you can manage to get them transplanted into bigger pots, light colored in your area, they will feel much better. I would just use straight up composted manure so you won't have to fertilize. Throw a calcium tablet in the hole for the plant, as well, to keep blossom end rot at bay. The roots are cooking in those black pots and the plants are severely stressed.
Marigolds may help with nematodes in the soil...not from the fragrance
They will die in their original pots. They are never intended to grow in those pots and my guess the poor things are so rootbound they are strangled. They need to be placed in much larger containers immediately with the proper potting soil and caged properly, or placed in ground and caged. And they need to be outdoors for best results. Here is a link for you, good luck and now you know! 🍅

Tomato plants need a lot of water.Water every day.
Don't water from the top or leave ...only at the bottom.
Transplant to different pots. Usually the pots plants come in are only for transporting and they need bigger pots so roots can spread.
Get yourself a patio pot or large container with holes on the bottom for drainage and miracl grow spikes or granular you mix with water place them in full sun.
I am sure you need to repot them. But if it will make you feel better, we have three tomato plants here in the midwest, planted in the ground, and they are not doing well this year. Last year they did so well......I personally think it was too hot when they started growing and blossoming but we water them every day and fertilize now and then. Now that the weather is cooler they are starting to look better. Ours are in the ground on the south side of our house so get lots of sun. Sun and water is what tomato plants need.
I'm na. heelchair so I don't it the yard other. Easier for me in a pot. However, not the original pots as they usually only for transporting. Transplant to larger pots, use a red pot for the right sunlight beams are reflected to the tomatoes. When Transplanting , bury roots up to the ottom branch, as tomatoes roots are shallow & this will give the tomatoes more roots to help them grow & produce. Also you should plant some type of calcium with them, a Tums is great for that, or cooked egg shells, etc. I find using pots that water from the bottom are best, or use a watering cone in the top that utilizes a 2 liter Coke or Pepsi bottle with a hole in the bottom large enough to water from the hose. The cones fit the top of the two liter bottle & water the tomatoes at the roots. This way I can also measure how much water I need to add at one time. I fertilize every two weeks, every two weeks I rotate a spoon full of Epsom Salts, & next two weeks a liquid like Miracle grow. Our soil is poor for growing even grass so have to fertilize. Hope this helps.
Travis, It all depends where you live.If it is a state of alot of heat, water every day.
