You can see the leafs are getting chewed up & the leafs are sticky. Any ideas & since there small & all grown from the pit in my Avocado's. Help PLZ

  The fresher the fruit, the faster the seed will grow. If the seed cracks then it is getting ready grow roots. It will grow fantastic in water. I let mine grow unit it had leaves on the top.
  It needs to have water on the seed everyday. I put it by my sink so I don't forget

  Rose, the sure way to get them to grow is to toss a few seeds in your compost bin. If you don't have a compost bin, set up a small one and include 2-3 avocado seeds. I promise you they will pop open and root, then the leaves will come up and you can transplant to a pot.

Aphids leave a sticky residue. You should be able to see them on the under sides of the leaves. Spraying soapy water under the leaves will kill them while washing away the stickiness. You can add a a few drops of citrus and/or peppermint oil to soapy water. Then keep and eye on the under leaves and repeat as needed.

  I'm still hanging on to my first grown tree. Was doing great till something ate all the leaves off the top.
  Thank goodness another branch came out from the side. I brought the tree instead till I can get a natural bug repellent.

Put your plant in the shower. Spray it down with dish soap mixed with water. Let it stay that way for at least an hour. Then spray it off with clear water.
