Ponytail. Maybe
Does it have little babies around the edge that are pale green/yellow with little green grassy sprouts? (Mini versions of the parent plant.)
Althought the picture angle makes it a bit hard to tell, it might be a "Pregnant Onion" from the Allium family.
They are are fun and you can repot the tiny ones and repopulate the plant.
