I have these all over our yard, it is pretty but not really 100% sure if it's a weed and if I should pull it.

I think this is a variety of Mallow. In some areas this grows as a wildflower.

I live in NV, we just bought the house and trying to remodel and clean the lot. Was vacant for 3+ yrs. someone told me it's a weed and another told me a flower. Do you happen to know how tall they can get?

I don't think it is a weed. Does it have gray scale like hairs on the leaves? It may be Sphaeralcea coccinea which is a native plant for NV. Not completely sure.

Take a sample to the local extension office. Also have pictures of the whole bush and close up of a leaf and a flower.

Definition of a "weed" : something you don't want growing in your yard or garden.. Yes, some plants that are called weeds are actually kind of pretty and are very hardy. But if they are growing where you don't want them to, then either curtail them or get rid of them.

Does not look like a weed. I think it is flowering maple. Google the image and see what you think.

It looks like an Ivy ground cover. If you want to kill it without chemicals, pour vinegar on the patches. Only on what you want to kill as it also kills grass and plants.
