Trellises, tree bark, sides of the house, brick, concrete statues, pallets, clothes line strung in layers between 2 poles, lattice, basically anything the vines can reach.
old ladder.
We used a old railing off our granddaughters crib. We put it in a tepee style over them. Now they are vining up it. o cool and nice way to repurpose.

old spindle back chair. Cut a hole in the seat pull the vines through and train along the spindles. Paint it some fab color!!!
