I have an old one that I've turned into a succulent planter. I retouched it first with some bronzey/copper spray paint.
Planter, that's what I going to say .
Drill holes in it and make it a container planting for your garden
Paint it and plant flowers in it!
What? Did you have an idea to change the colour or re-purpose it? If colour change is the idea I know that "Kylon" makes a great spray paint specifically formulated to use on plastic. I have several plastic urns that i have re-painted and even done designs on and they look great.
Here are enough ideas that you will have no trouble finding one you like.

I used my old cement one as the base for a flower garden using real moss as the base of the bowl. or you can use it for flowers or succulents
Find a nice color in outdoor Krylon spray or jar and paint it. You can use it as a water feature with a little fountain - if you still like it. Or, to repurpose it, stick it in a shady corner and make it into a fairy garden.
