Can anyone identify this plant?

We planted it several years ago & have lost the identity. It blooms all the time with different colors flowers.
You might try Plant Identification facebook group. They are great- usually someone responds in minutes!
my there in law had one looked like it she called it a fire cracker plant.
Looks like Gaura!
Take this picture to a Nursery or where ever you bought is and they should be able to tell you what it is.
It looks like an 'arrowheads' plant.

Thank you all. I googled all of your suggestions and came up without a resolution. I will do as suggested and take it to a nursery. Thank you again!
