The leaves look like a night blooming cerus cactus flower but the ones I have seen bloom white. It's pretty.
I have the night blooming cerus. Mine only blooms white. The flower starts on the side of leaf. Takes weeks for it to grow and open. Also you better be up when it opens or you'll miss it. Dead by morning. It grows in Hawaii like hedges.
