Get the Room Tanked by Expert
Maybe you should call in an Engineer, because there could be some sort of movement.
there are pumps that use water to send water out again..no electric needed......initially about $150. or so but never have to worry again or when away from home.
If the cracks are in the walls you can seal them with hydraulic cement. If they are on the floor you will need a professional to install a perimeter drain system to divert the water pressure to the sump. To prevent sump pump overflow during as power outage you can install a battery backup sump pump or have one installed.
pour a new floor
sounds like you need a drainage system around your home. Watch these videos and you will understand. You have to stop the mold cause it can destroy your health and house. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=fix+basement+leak+from+outside
