Batten it and cover with MDF - While your at it you could make a Cupboard around it, i.f you have the room to do so.

I'm having a hard time figuring out what is what. On the back wall .... to cover the large pipe, I would hang a simple curtain panel there and on the other end of the windows. For the rest of the far wall, I would build a simple shelf with brackets that would cover the top of the shorter pipe over to the other cut out. Edge the shelf with hook and loop tape anc cover with fabric.

Recycle recycle.. Build from a pallet a plack picture to cover the hole in the wall or just use a small pallet painted and made into a shelf or vertical garden. As for the pipe. Paint it green add detail on it and on the wall beside it making it look like bamboo

Frame it with 2x4 (or whatever size you need to clear the pvc pipes) like you would a wall. Cover the frame with pegboard screwed into the framing (that allows easy access to the mechanicals if need be) paint the pegboard and either use for storing items or decorate with yard art, pictures etc.

False wall would be my suggestion too. Paint with chalk board paint? Use pallet wood? Use metal panels for magnets? Lots of ideas for sure.

If you are planning to use the porch I would definitely go with a decorative cover up. Wooden bird houses or boxes with the backs open and stacked would be a cute country look.Paint the pipes black and put hooks next to them an hang baskets??

I agree with the room devider idea. You could repurpose a couple of old doors or shudders by putting hinges on them to make your own screen/room devider. Good luck!
