I have mirrored sliding closet doors with gold trim. Very 80's.

My friend put up curtain rods and strung curtains with tie backs. It looks really cool.
For the mirrored doors, I would look into the contact type window coverings that you put up for privacy. Or you could get stencils and paint it with frosted glass paint. As far as the arch way, I am assuming that you don't like it. putting up drywall to get rid of the arch us one suggestion. If that's not an option, what if you put a rectangle picture or wood to square out the opening. You would have to put one on either side of the opening and then maybe trim out the doorway with wood.
You can frost the mirrors, remove them, change the doors, whatever you want! Do you not like the arch? What about framing it out with some molding?
You can also use non-adhesive cling window film in a variety of patterns, colors and designs. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=decorative+non-adhesive+wall+decals+&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Adecorative+non-adhesive+wall+decals+

For the arch, it can be straighten out..... heres one technique.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXOFgp0ggBA Since doorways they usually used a couple of curved pieces in the corners at the top. I would cut the drywall even with the side edges, and straight across from the high point of the arch. Carefully remove the drywall bits with a 6" prybar and remove the corner curved blocks next.
If the door is too high for your tastes and other doors in the room, you can add a block of wood (2x 4) to the top between the studs allowing for the addition of a piece of drywall on top of the wood. Use joint compound to repair wall, sand, prime and paint. If you want to make it look like other doorways in the room, you can also add mouldings that look the same, paint or stain them to match.
That gives me some good ideas I will show my husband, he is my handy man, he was in construction before he retired.
Thanks everyone for all your suggestions
