Did you add any fertilizer after you moved it? I know too much nitrogen fertilizer can affect the blooms. As well as pruning at the wrong time. Perhaps it's just due to the fact that you moved it & will bloom next year?
you repotted it or transplanted it?
there are certain hydrangeas that bloom only on old wood so excessive pruning or splitting may require a season before it blooms.. is the other plant that this was sit from blooming?
