Medium gray and add some turquoise shutters, leaving the trim white
You could reverse the colors. make the house white (or off-white) and paint the trim a darker color.
Personally, I don't like the look of multiple colors, finishes on row houses. If you want it to make the look more cohesive, I would go white. It would also help with your exposure. If you want it to stand out, maybe a cheery yellow or mint green with shutters and trim in a contrasting color. Either way, I would still add shutters and paint the front door.
I love the color gray and you could accent with white or navy blue, but go with what you like. You could even use your neighbor's accent color.
Hello Tam; Your Home is Lovely!!
Please go to Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Etc. Please pick out any paint chips that interest you.
Bring them home and look at them outside, as well as inside.
Please decide what you truly Love and Enjoy!!!!
Make your home yours. Have fun choosing your colors!!! Take Care!
I like when three colors are used sensibly. I suggest you look at houzz.com exterior, for suggestions. Beautiful house. Would love to see it after it is painted. Windows need some kind of fancier or bolder edging around them I think.
If you go to the behr and Sherwin-Williams websites you can order samples of the colors you like best. Better than buying a whole gallon and not liking the color(s).
Oops, my suggestion didn't show because I typed a link to a site. It's like house but has two zs instad of the se. Then you look at 'exterior'. I think the windows need extra trim around them. Beautiful home. It's a big house so I would want something kind of soft. Good luck.
Not sure how old your home is (looks like a section of Philly to me) but have you tried researching on the internet for a historical reference? Let's say it was built in the 1960's, this is what I found (you might get inspired this way)
I think a light sage green with white shutters and a dark green trim. you could also add an even finer trim around the windows ( I did this to my place with some trim moulding. Paint it first let dry then put up around the outside of the window frames) of a dark burgundy or dark red shade to add accent to it. I'd paint the door the same red color so it matches the accent trim. If you wanted and don't like the door red you can paint it the darker green that your window frames are and do the red trim on the porch railings and around the door trim. If you use 3 colors this way that all match and they are also historical colors it can make your place look really classy.
The suggestion of getting paint samples free from Lowes or Home Depot is a great start to look at the samples in the daytime in the early part of the day and late in the day as color changes slightly with the light....then when you narrow it down to a few colors, get them to make you samples and you can apply swatches to the side of your house to see what will work...I would suggest you go darker on the body and keep crisp white on your window trims as the contrast will look richer and have depth...
i like a nice grey. with accent darker grey and white.
For continuity I would paint it white like the neighbor and repeat the porch stair color too. Then I would add a bright color door, and add shutters and paint both shutters and window trim in your favorite color, could be grey, black or the same as the door.

In nearby Portland, Maine there is a small street with a row of houses. Each house is painted a different color. It is charming and attractive. So if your row of houses are different colors, I would suggest choosing a new and different color but if they are one or two, it would be easier to advise if we could see the houses as a whole. It looks like your one house could be made to look adorable.
The sky's the limit! Maybe look at outdoor paints at a local store and see if you are drawn to one in particular, or to a particular color scheme. Pick something you like!
I would do dark grey, almost black and then a pop of color on the door, a highlighter yellow, or a light turquoise, or a poppy red, something in the orange and red mix... trim white..
