I like to use a wrung out mint tea bag. Apply it to your eyes, closed and take a little break. Ointments and such irritate my eyes, but, the mint is refreshing. I've also bought a mask that contains a gel that you refrigerate. My daughter swears by it.
Check your sodium, and see how much you are consuming. Check the labels on the things you eat, you'll be surprised where sodium hides. Lack of sleep, and being stressed, can add to this problem. Good Luck!

Get a good night's sleep. and use cream for Piles to get rid of puffiness.

Hemorrhoid cream works on the puffiness, but is not a cure, just temporary.
Get more sleep, drink a lot of water, try different eyecreams
