Put a lid with some Vinegar in it near your fruit.
see the post on Algiftsnthings down the page for mine.
Put some wine in a small glass, the older the wine the better. Cover the glass with either saran wrap or a zipper plastic bag tight, put elastic band over the glass to hold it in place. Make a few holes in the plastic. The fruit flies will smell the wine, go to the holes and go in, and they can't get out. Make 4 of these, and spread them around the kitchen. Be patient, this works. Good Luck!
Put apple cider vinegar in a glass & a few drops of dishwashing detergent & put by the fruit. When they crawl in that causes them to stick & not be able to fly back out.
you need to get you some plastic bottles like a water or gatorade , as long as its a firm bottle, wash it out good, drill 2 to 3 small holes in the lid, just big enough for the fruit fly to go though, then put about 2 inches of apple cider vingar and 2 inches of water ,,and a drop of dish liquid , watch you will fine them getting in there soon. i clean out my bottles about every 2 months, and refill i have one ever in the bath room , they love dirty drain so pour some bleach down the drains, keep them clean it helps . i have been using this for years , it works.
