There are so many ideas out there I'm sure you will be inundated with them. So I will limit my advice to: take your time and do it right. With six of them you have plenty of opportunities. The worst thing for me is to "do it over".

All good ideas... If I may make a suggestion, on smaller bay windows, avoid putting valances or curtains on the outside of the "bay area", if you plan to push a dining table or love seat into it. It will make people feel closed in. I made that mistake, because it was the trend, and the curtains kept getting caught and it always felt funny/uncomfortable.
