Do you bulbs that have separated the bulb part from the threaded part?
You mean that are stuck in the socket? Turn off the power, and get a medium potato and press it in and turn.
Did the potato trick not work? I have cut the power to the light fixture and used pliers to work loose.
If the bulb broke off as you tried to take the bulb out, first of all make sure the electricity to the bulb is turned off. Now, cut a potato in half. Place cut side on the broken bulb, push it on and turn to screw the broken base of the bulb out of the socket. It should take the bulb base out of the light socket easily.
If the bulbs glass is broken, what works for me almost every time is cutting a larger potato in half . Make sure the power is shut off at the circut breaker box. Take the potato and jamb it down over the shards of what's left in the socket, twist slowly but firmly to remove. If it's still a whole bulb but just stuck in the socket, use a spray lubricant to loosen it. Don't forget to turn off the power at the breaker box and after you get the bulb out wipe out the socket to remove excess.
If it's broken, you can get a Broken Bulb Extractor at most hardware stores for less than $10.
Are the light bulbs broken? Is that why you are looking for a solution? If the are broken - use can use a new bulb to unscrew the bulb. Just place the new bulb inside the broken on and use the threads to unscrew it.
txnks. works now...
SPRAY THEM WITH COOKING OIL WAIT A FEW HOURS AND TRY TO TURN THEM.
