My 1st thought was to use Google. So, I got on my computer and Googled - recipes from the 60's, like magic the links are endless- same for 40's and 50's. Happy recipe hunting!!
everything's online or in an old book store.
Look on youtube. Recession and frugal cooking. Lots of recipes
and demos. One of my favorite is Phyllis Stokes. Extensive selection
of recipes and useful knowledge.
Check out antique stores or garage sales. For the old betty Crocker or even church lady cookbooks. ! They have gotten fairly plentiful the last several years as that generation is downsizing.
You look in a cookbook in a used bookstore; old fashioned, but it works.

Have you tried haunting thrift stores? I got some of those old cookbooks, when I was caring for a gentleman who like to eat like that, and I had forgotten some of the recipes. Re-learned them.
When I need an old time recipe I just go on youtube or pinterest and type in just what i'm looking for and I generally find what I'm looking for.
