Why the new printer printed out is white paper?

My printer and toner cartridge are both new. Why is it printed out is white paper?

    If the printer to play a white paper: first check the printer is no problem, if there is no problem, it shows the cartridge in the assembly of a problem.

    Before using the toner cartridge, please shake it 6-8 times, so that the toner loose and evenly distributed, and then pull out the seal, then the powder into the printer.

      You also have to peel the plastic off the nozzle on many of them, check the directions.

    Sharon is right. I felt a bit silly trying everything for over a week before I called me daughter only to find I had not done that very thing. We laughed about that for a while!

    Could be you did not take seals off cartridges when installed.

    i just had this happen recently too. I updated the print driver and it started printing again.
