I have a commercial waterfall fitted with a propane tube that causes. The fire fueled by propane in my waterfall//continues to go out in the slightest breeze.
The waterfall produces a puny stream. The company won't stand behind their work and other companies won't work on it because they didn't sell it to me. It cost about $2,000. Very frustrating! Any ideas?

  • Depending on how far you want to go, you could sue them. Small claims court, but might be worth it to at least recoup part of your money.

Without looking at it I would think the flame is to close to the water . if it can't be moved back call the BBB . then look for another contractor that know how to install it proper.

You might have a breeze that blows the flame out, on and off. My father had a propane business. You might have a small leak in the line. Put a little dish liquid in a cup, and with a small paint brush, brush the line from the propane line to the waterfall. Next look for bubbles along the line, this is where your leak is. Don't go near the waterfall with any flame or cigarette. You could put a new line in, but I would have a professional do it, because your dealing with gas. Good Luck!
