Peel it off, sand it off. What do you want to do with the garage floor? If I could, I would epoxy mine, but no chance of that any time soon.
you will have to strip the existing paint,clean off all residue and re-paint with the proper garage floor paint
Unpeel them all off and start over or else trouble will haunt you.
